Disputed Custody Cases

The Declaration of Independence states that one of the self-evident truths is that all men are created equal. This does not mean that any two human beings are exactly alike in any respect.   They are born different with different natural skills.   They acquire different tastes and develop along different lines.   They vary in physical strength, mental capacity, emotional stability, inherited social status, and many other ways. All men are created equal in just three ways.   They are treated as equals by God, law, and the protection of their rights.   The task of society is to accept people in all their vast array of individual differences, but treat them as equals when it comes to their role as human beings. The assumption of numerous states of joint legal and sole physical custody to the mother is clearly not acknowledging the equality of men and women.   The law is essentially saying that based on their sex at birth, parental rights are already decided in the case of a custody dis

Smaller Government

Dear legislators/public officials/ and fellow citizens: Please hear my call for long needed change. Below are some of my concerns with the overreaching arm of the government. Democrats Aren't For Our Liberties and Freedoms

Our personal freedoms granted to us by the U.S. Constitution is under serious attack from the power grabbing Democrats.  Only our votes can end their agenda. What happened to our liberties and freedoms, as so strongly defended in the words of U.S. Declaration of Independence? We have allowed our government to slowly and methodically scale down individual rights promised by the very charter that founded our country. The demise of our once great country is resting fully upon these very liberties. The aura of defeat and hopelessness now fill American air, whereas freedom, the American dream, and hope used to reign. Oppression kills innovation, creativity, ambition, hope, and the spirit of the truly free. All of us have heard the great words spelled out in the Declaration of Independence, but when was the last time we pondered its great significance. Nothing is more powerful than the passage: “We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by
